I am so excited to begin this school year and meeting my new school family! I can't wait to see my new students, and wanted to tell you a little about myself as we get to know each other better.  I graduated from Cumberland College (now University of the Cumberlands) in 2001 and have been teaching for 23 years. I am so very grateful and blessed that I get to do this everyday.  I am a wife and mom of 3, so my time outside of school is very busy, but I consider that another blessing.  I have taught pre-school, 3rd grade, many many years of 1st grade, and I am now in my fourth year of 2nd grade. Although I have loved every grade, I am beyond happy that my home is now in 2nd and I am thankful for the chance to have your child with me this school year!
